Shipping policy

Shipping:

Packages will be shipped using standard shipping service from PostNL.

You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes.

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Shipping costs:

The Netherlands	2 - 3 working days	Shipping cost: €5
Europe Zone	3 - 5 working days	Shipping cost: €10
Rest of the World	3 - 7 working days	Shipping cost: €20

 

Returns:

It is possible to return or change the product. You may return the item to us within 2 week of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
